Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online at charlesbendertheater.com, in person at the Humble Civic Center, 8233 Will Clayton Pkwy, Humble, TX 77338, or at the theatre the day of the show.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All ticket sales are final except in the event of error or cancellation on our part.
DO YOU ALLOW LATE SEATING?
We know things happen, but in the event of a sold-out show, unclaimed seats will be released at show time and may be used to seat other patrons.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE THEATER?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the theater. A variety of light bites, snacks, and drinks are available for purchase on-site.

What is your video/camera policy?

The recording policy is set by each artist.  Most of our shows may be photographed as long as it is not disruptive to the patrons or talent.

WHAT TIME IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

In-person ticket sales are at the Humble Civic Center, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.  On show days the box office moves to the lobby of the theater and opens one hour prior to a show’s start time.

Is there reserved seating?

Each show has its own seating configuration.  Shows presented by the Bender Theatre are General Admission seating, while those who rent the theatre may choose to have Reserved Seating for their shows.

WHAT ARE YOUR STAGE DIMENSIONS?
If a performance is sold out, we encourage you to keep checking in with us! Seats may become available. Starting one hour prior to a sold-out performance, the Box Office will begin a wait list. Seats may be released and sold to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Does the Bender Theatre have a bar?
At this time the Bender Performing Arts Center does NOT serve alcoholic beverages.  We do serve bottled water and light snacks.
Is there handicap accessible seating?

We do have handicap accessible seating.  If preferred, one of our volunteers can seat you upon arrival.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

While we do not have a specific dress code, our patrons like to dress for the theatre.  Anything from business casual to being fully decked out is acceptable.
